TRAINING: A typical day of training is always pad work in the mornings, whether MMA/boxing/Thai, a skill session or sparring in the afternoon with my team, then either strength & conditioning or sparring again in the evenings.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training MMA at 19, first as just a hobby, and then it developed further.

What ranks and titles have you held? Cage Rage WW Champion

Do you have any heroes? Just anybody in history who sHTML Link CTRL + SHIFT + Ltood up for what they believed in & made a stand.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It’s what I’ve been working towards my whole career; it's where any fighter should aim to be.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? No

What was your job before you started fighting? I was a labourer for a building firm & a window cleaner
