TRAINING: My typical day of training starts with cardio, then strength and conditioning. I take a nap, then grappling or wrestling followed by bag work, then I clean up the gym and relax til I do pad work or spar at night.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training while I was in the Army because a lot of my friends saw me get into fights. I love to fight.
