TRAINING: Wake up, run 3 miles, then do my weight training. Then do wrestling or grappling, then spar or mitt work. Go home, eat, and take a nap, then wake up, run 3 more miles, then come to the gym and spar again or do bag work.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training while I was in the Army because a lot of my friends saw me get into fights. I love to fight.
