Biographie
When and why did you start training for fighting? I’ve been in an out of martial arts for years, and after watching the UFC I wanted to make a full commitment to martial arts. I love the purity of unarmed combat. Life is about testing yourself and seeing what you’re really made of and I can think of no better way to test myself then MMA. MMA fighters are the closest thing we have to modern way warriors.
What ranks and titles have you held? None
Do you have any heroes? Chuck Grigsby and anyone that’s had to face adversity to achieve their goals.
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It might sound cliché but it really is a dream comes true. This is the premier, numero uno, MMA organization in the world. It’s the dream of every fighter to at some point make an Octagon appearance and I’m just truly blessed that I’ve been given this honor so early in my career.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Currently in school
What was your job before you started fighting? I worked at Wells Fargo.
Ranks in any martial arts styles: Brown belt in Tae Kwon Do
Favorite grappling technique: Rear naked choke
Favorite Striking technique: High kick
