When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training in 2000 after looking online and seeing how good college wrestlers were excelling in MMA.

What ranks and titles have you held? Jr. world bronze medalist in Greco Roman Wrestling, Espoir world team member Greco Roman wrestling, 3x Div 1 All-American University of Wyoming 177 1994-1996, 2x Abu Dhabi World championships participant 2003,2005.

Do you have any heroes? My father and mother and three brothers who are all college All-Americans in their sport - Darren, Mike, Marcus.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? I can say yes now when I’m asked "you do that ultimate fighting stuff?"

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? University of Wyoming. Majored in Health Science and received degree in Exercise Sport/science

What was your job before you started fighting? Coached College wrestling and worked in a Health Club, I am now a gym owner due to wrestling and pro fighter recognition.
