TRAINING: I normally have my first session at 10am. I train MMA for 2 hours. The training varies, with standup, takedowns and ground game - always with punches, simulating a fight. At 4pm I will have my second session, normally Olympic lifting or wrestling, depending on the day. Not every day, but a few nights a week I will do a third session around 8pm of just cardio; usually I would go for a run. Then I will sleep like a baby!!
When and why did you start training for fighting? I've been training BJJ as far as I can remember. Before I could even walk my father already was teaching me an arm lock.
What ranks and titles have you held? I'm a seven-time world champion in Jiu-Jitsu, three-time open weight world champion. In 2005 I fought in the ADCC, winning by submission in all eight of my fights.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I have a PHD in BJJ, ha ha
What was your job before you started fighting? BJJ teacher
