TRAINING: I do my BJJ and wrestling in the mornings, my sparring in the afternoon, and my strength and conditioning in the evenings.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I missed the competition. I used to wrestle and I love to compete.

What ranks and titles have you held? 3rd in PAC-10. State champion in high school.

Do you have any heroes? My parents

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It is an amazing opportunity. I am very thankful to have it and I want to do the best that I can with the opportunity given to me!

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Yes - B.A. in Kinesiology from Arizona State University

What was your job before you started fighting? Personal Trainer
