Biographie

Thoughts on opponent, Warlley Alves? He is a big, dangerous guy with some fantastic wins to his name. He has many weapons and I’m looking forward to testing myself against a top quality fighter.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I began judo at age seven after watching The Karate Kid. My mum took me to judo instead. I then competed and won a lot of cadet and junior titles. Then after a few years of not doing much, I got into MMA, which was always a dream after watching the early UFCs.

What ranks and titles have you held? Three-time under 21 British judo champ, 7th European youth olympics for judo, House of Pain British champ MMA, Cage gladiator British champ MMA, Clash of warriors world champ MMA, 2 hot 2 handle middleweight tournament champ MMA

Do you have any heroes? None

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? In all honesty, it means the world to me. It’s something I've worked hard for since turning pro 11 years ago, and to finally be here is awesome.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? No

What was your job before you started fighting? I've had all sorts of jobs, from doorman to painter and decorator and warehouse work.
