Liz CarmoucheTRAINING: 45 minutes in the morning of strength and conducting or situational fight training. An hour of jiu-jitsu, an hour MMA team practice, and in the afternoon mitts, an hour of wrestling, and an hour of cardio. When and why did you start training for fighting? I was looking for a physical challenge and an outlet. What ranks and titles have you held? None Do you have any heroes? My teammates like Matt Fort, Landon Piercy, Mike DeLaTorre, and Alex Soto. Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I am currently going to school for kinesiology. What was your job before you started fighting? I was an aviation electrician in the Marine Corps. Ranks in any martial arts styles: Yellow belt in kenpo and purple belt in jiu-jitsu.
