When and why did you start training for fighting? The day I understood what a fight was, I began my journey to become the best. Do you have any heroes? Those who reach for their dreams. What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? Everything. I would be lying if I said that this isn't the biggest stage in the world. Went for 2 years, but it was only a band-aid for what I really wanted to do, which is be in the UFC. What was your job before you started fighting? Construction Accomplishments in amateur competition? I once joined the adult division at a Full Contact Kyokushinkai tournament (no gloves, full kicks to the head) and took 1st place by knocking out two 26 year old men. I was 16 and when they found out my age they tried to take the trophy back.
