Monday, Wednesday, Friday: leave home at 6:30am, get train and bus for 2 hours and start the conditioning training. Rest 30min and start BJJ training. Eat lunch, rest and train boxing in the evening.
Tuesday and Thursday: same time during the morning I but train Muay Thai, rest 30 min and train wrestling. Lunch, treat and BJJ No Gi at evening.
Sunday: Jogging and day off
When and why did you start training for fighting? I was already training and competing, but when I was fired from my job I decided that this was what I wanted for my life.
