Biographie

Training: I spend a whole lot of time getting beat up. I'll either have world class kickboxers like Christian Allen beat me up, or I'll have world class black belts like Nick and Chris Kline beat me up on the ground. At least twice a week I'll have world class wrestlers like Leister Bowling and Reid Delman toss me around a little bit, then finally, I have strength and conditioning gurus Eric Telly and Loren Landow beat me up with weights, treadmills, and versa-climbers.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I've always been involved in martial arts. I started training at Easton Brazilian Jiu Jitsu when I moved to Boulder for college. It quickly took over my life.

What ranks and titles have you held? ROF Featherweight champion.

Do you have any heroes? The Hulks -- The Incredible Hulk and Hulk Hogan.

Did you go to college? BA in Sociology with a focus on Criminology from CU Boulder.
