TRAINING: Wake up at 9am, have breakfast, relax a little bit, have lunch and go training. It takes about one hour to get to the gym because it is in another city. Then, boxing for one hour, jiu-jitsu for one hour and it ends with a great MMA training session.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I used to watch Pride's DVD and I loved to watch Wanderlei Silva and Minotauro fights.
