Cruickshank-Noons One of Three New Dec. Fights on Tap

Exciting lightweight strikers Daron Cruickshank and K.J. Noons have agreed to meet in Las Vegas on December 12, as the Ultimate Fighter Finale card continues to take shape.

In the headlining bout at The Palms, the first UFC strawweight champion will be crowned as the 20th season of The Ultimate Fighter comes to an end with a five-round title fight.

Winner of three of his last four bouts, including a decision victory over Anthony Njokuani last weekend in Halifax, Detroit's Cruickshank will meet up with the surging Noons, who has won two straight over George Sotiropoulos and Sam Stout.

In other December fight news, the UFC's first visit to Phoenix, Arizona on December 13 will see local favorite David Michaud drop from welterweight to lightweight to take on Garett Whiteley, and on December 20 in Sao Paulo, Brazil, top Japanese prospect Ulka Sasaki faces Leandro Issa.
